Born with the full name Dira Sugandi Julianti, musical talent has been acquired since he was a kid. At the age of 9 years, Dira never won second place in the competition singing contest for children.
To smooth musical career, after graduating from high school, Dira vocal lessons at Elfa Music Studio. And Dira began his career as a singer while studying at the Music Department of Pelita Harapan.
Dira Sugandi already have a lot of experience performing with musicians and music groups like Soulmate, Maestro Big Band, Rika Ruslan, Sova, Imam Praz Quartet, and even with Incognito when they come to the city of Bandung, Surabaya, Makassar, Medan, Bali, Singapore, danjuga Jakarta. Dira also never performed one stage with Keith Martin when he came to the city of Bandung in 2005.
Now, Dira, which was also a duet with international singers like Jason Mraz in 2009 JJF is currently preparing his first solo album in collaboration with Bluey from Incognito as a producer.
On November 13, 2011, Dira remove the bachelor and later married a man named Elfa Zulham Warongan. In the Year 2012, Dira be a jury in one of the singing talent show and in 2014 he became Chairman of the Jury. In 2014, Dira Sofia plays a character in a movie called “Good Morning, Night” which premiered on June 19, 2014.
