Career
Nini Carlina began her career as a live performer who toured in a number of events. Recording debut album entitled “My boyfriend Gantengnya” (1992). Similarly titled song from the album, immediately catapulted his name. After that album, his name began somewhat dim. Nini began to back off again after a duet with Doel Sumbang in the song “If the Moon Could Ngomong”. Followed by other songs include I Love You, You Rindu Aku Rindu, Malioboro and duet song Love brought them success. Album ever released Nini include Song of Love (1995), Tak Main-Main (duet both by Doel Sumbang), Please Understand (2000), Moon Andung-Andung (1997), and Arrow Asmara (2002).
In 1994 under the auspices of HP Records, Nini Carlina was incorporated in the HP group consisting GIRLS Merry Andani, Baby Ayu, and Anis Marsela. In the hands of Jeffrey Bule as music director and Doel Contribute as a songwriter, HP released an album titled KIDS GIRLS MAMA with the title song of the same name.
In the same year, Nini Carlina also joined in the “Solidarity Group”. Solidarity Group is a reliable idea of rock musicians Indonesia, Ian Antono, who intends to hold prominent musicians from the 90s to a production album. Under the label Blackboard Ind. Ultimately launched an album titled Solidarity Group Life with Flowers hit whose lyrics tilled by Iwan Fals. On July 27, 2011, Nini Carlina formed a vocal group “Smoothies” with Bella Saphira, Della Puspita and Lia Emilia. However, because Bella was busy doing activities outside Smoothies, he finally decided to leave and was replaced by the younger brother of Nini Carlina, namely Fitri Carlina. Smoothies has released a single titled “Party On The Beach” under the auspices of Nagaswara label.
Although much more active on the music dangdut, Nini Carlina also included singer multigenre besides Hetty Koes Endang and also Eka Deli. He never penetrated and record vocals on a different musical genre. Ranging from Pop, Ethnic, until Slow Rock. Sometimes Nini also perform the song Mandarin.
In addition to singing, Nini Carlina also try acting. Nini never supported the comedy series “Opera Rice Wrap” (1994), serial Flower and Beetle (1997), and the comedy show Ludruk Glamor (SCTV (Indonesia)).
Personal life
Nini Carlina been married to Dodik Sujatmiko. The marriage foundered precisely on June 6, 2005. All rights parenting their only child, Beryl Cholif Arrahman fall into the hands of Nini. In 2006, Nini Carlina was appointed ambassador of Indonesian migrant workers along with Frankie by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the Indonesian Migrant Workers Union (SBMI)
